Step by step explanation on how to change gaskets of your Empas spraying trolley
STEP 1
Flush the pump with clean water.
STEP 2
Unplug the pump.
STEP 3
Disconnect the pressure hoses.
STEP 4
Disconnect the suction and return hose.
STEP 5
Loosen the head bolts.
STEP 6
Remove the pump head from the crankcase.
STEP 7
Use an inner trigger set to remove the gaskets, try not to damage the brass bushings.
STEP 8
Mount the new gasketss in the pumphead in the right order.
STEP 9
Check that the plungers of the pump are not damaged.
STEP 10
Re-assemble the pumphead on the crankcase.
STEP 11
Tighten the head bolts securely using a mixer wrench.
STEP 12
Reconnect the suction and return hose.
STEP 13
Finally, connect the pressure hoses.
