Speed is obviously essential when solving a malfunction. That’s why we do everything we can to deliver parts as quickly as possible: every order is shipped directly from our stock on working days. Based on the track & trace code you receive after ordering, you can track your package from door to door. The delivery time of the parts on Hortispares differs per region and per type of part. We strive to send the products within 24 hours after placing your order to the delivery address which you entered

How do we ship?

Your orders are shipped through FedEx’s parcel service. The fixed shipping costs are added to your order in the checkout. Shipping costs for Hortispares orders vary by region and package. The costs are based on a standard package of 32 x 28 x 27 cm with a maximum weight of 5 kg or a large package of 60 x 40 x 30 with a maximum weight of 20 kg. These packages covers more than 95% of our assortment. If the order does not fit into one of these package, we will contact you to arrange the shipment with you. Packaging & distribution

Specialists with many years of experience will take care so that your products will be packed and distributed in the most effective and reliable way. Because of that we can support you with all necessary documents, inspections and transport bookings. Whether your product will be send by courier or transported by truck, ship or plane, we are proud to say that our team of logistic specialists will make sure that your product will arrive on time and in good shape at any place in the world.

Documentation

Hortispares makes all documents needed for exporting and importing your products. Every country has its own regulations and we will supply you with all needed documents to make the shipment as easy as possible for you. For every shipment we will provide you with a pro forma invoice and a packing list. Depending on the shipment we will also send you a master airway bill or bill of lading.

Our stock & payment

We supply most of our items from our stock. At our distribution center in Holland and branches abroad, we work with state-of-the-art storage and stock control systems. A single, sophisticated robotic system is able to handle approximately 9.000 technical parts.

After placing your order it is possible to pay for your order with different payment methods. It is possible to pay via VISA, PayPal, IDEAL, Mastercard and American Express. Most orders are shipped by parcel service to your adress.
