The Mixing controller Centra 4-way ZR 100 mm consists of several components:

• 4-way Mixing valve with a diameter of 100 mm (also called linear valve, mixer or (control) valve)
• Matching servomotor (actuator), type: Centra actuator VMM 40
• Optional accessories like coupling, switches, potentiometers, mounting sets
• Repair and replacement parts such as sealings, packing, O-rings and plugs

Function: regulating the desired flow temperature in transport line or mixing group.

The hot water from the boiler is mixed in the three-way mixing valve with water from the return pipe to achieve the desired flow temperature. By adjusting a rotating segment in the mixing valve, the ratio can be determined. The valve position is controlled automatically by a signal from the climate control system/computer; if the water temperature deviates from the desired temperature, a signal is sent to the actuator which sets the valve to the desired position.
